The Facts:

Getting a perfectly fitted custom shirt using at home measurements is not always possible. We will work with you to help ensure the proper fit of your custom shirt the first time around. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will be more than happy to provide one alteration or remake on the house.

After we make note of your alterations or remake, we keep these measurements on file for your future purchases. Alteration or remake requests must be made within 60 days of when you receive your custom shirt. You must return your original shirt to Kipper Clothiers in San Francisco to initiate your request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Because all shirts are custom, we cannot offer refunds. WE DISCUSS GARMENT REMAKES ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS ONLY.

If your body changes significantly after receiving your shirt, we are more than happy to update your new measurements in our database. That being said, Kipper Clothiers is not responsible for altering or remaking your custom shirt to fit your new measurements.

To care for your shirt, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry. Steam or Iron the wrinkles out. While some people prefer to have their shirts dry cleaned, we can only let you know that this will significantly lessen the life of your custom shirt. Dry Cleaners use hard chemicals that damage the fibers of your shirt which is why we do not recommend them.
